Unbelievable food, drinks, service and atmosphere in spite of the almost deserted outward appearance! I had the Brussels sprouts and "kids burger and fries. Everything was obviously made in house and unique. My drink of the day the Eldrich 75.. light and potent!!

Met up with a friend who lives in the area and loved my winter queen spiced winter ale! So tasty. Our server did a great job selling the cheese curds and for good reason because these cheese curds were unlike any cheese curd I've ever had. Could have at eaten like 10 more if only I wasn't lactose intolerant

I'm still so upset I left my leftovers on the table!! Ughhh, I was so looking forward to having the rest of my ahi tuna soba bowl. Moving back to a positive note, the front of house (owner's wife) staff we interacted with was extremely warm and friendly. It left a lasting impression, and we can't wait to come back! Reviewing Tonality also documents this in my Yelp diaries so I can remember the name of this place and where it is for future reference! Now back to the food... Note the soba bowl is served cold (cold noodles). It was prepared expertly with the sesame ahi tuna and roasted broccoli. I'm drooling thinking about it. Also on the recommend list is the Bavarian pretzel appetizer (with hearty, grainy mustard) and Australian wagyu burger. Oh yes, and the pork belly appetizer was very fatty and flavorful. I'm glad I took pictures of everything to jog my memory. My girls liked the grilled cheese, but didn't care for the mac and cheese, surprisingly, I think due to the sharpness of the cheese used. We walked in on a Saturday evening, and luckily didn't have to wait for a table. It was definitely lively and packed in all rooms! Will be back!

Good beers! For a brewery, outstanding food, too. The cheese curds are really excellent. I worked food service for years, and I'm particualrly impressed by the kitchen - it's a new (ish?) kitchen, and they are slamming out orders with SO FEW mistakes, and the dishes come out great. I've opened new restaurants, and the opening year (ish?) is always a mess. Not so here! Also, they host our D&D Night, and isn't that fabulous? :D

I recently met some friends for dinner here on a Friday night. The space is amazing, it is a huge building. Pro-tip, in the summer their patio and outdoor seating looks like it would be awesome! They have a really nice menu with a ton of options and you don't always find that at a brewery. I ordered the Tuna & Soba which was great! It was a unique menu item. The only thing I would have tweaked was the dish has charred broccoli on it and I would give it more time to cook/char. I am not a drinker, but my friends said their cider and beer were great! They had a long list of beer to choose from and some cocktails as well! The servers were all really friendly as well! I would definitely go back with my friends and keep trying the more off the menu too!

This is a fun brewery to visit. A group of us went there Halloween afternoon. The staff really got into it. The beer selection is varied, and flights are very reasonably priced. My Chocolate Milk Oatmeal Stout could have been slightly stronger, but the flavor lasted from nose to palate to finish. We got an assortment of foods, including burgers, wings, and fried cheese curds, all of which came out quickly and were delicious. For a Halloween visit, it was definitely a treat.
